William Repstad

William is an Associate at Realty Advisory Group, where he focuses on the Southern California industrial market. His work includes supporting the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties, with an emphasis on underwriting, market analysis, marketing preparation, and transaction execution.

Prior to joining Realty Advisory Group, William worked as an analyst intern at both Colliers International and Bluewater Property Group. In these roles, he assisted in underwriting transactions ranging from industrial development opportunities to multifamily investment sales. This experience has given William valuable exposure to both brokerage and principal-side real estate platforms.

William holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southern California and currently resides in Brentwood, CA.
