Realty Advisory Group, Inc. represented Vornado Realty Trust in the sale of this property to LBA Logistics, a 294,725 square foot facility on 16.19 acres property. At the time it was the west coast Distribution Center of Toys “R” Us. For LBA, Realty Advisory Group, Inc. leased the building to Turbo Tires and represented LBA in the sale of the separate, but contiguous 5588 Ayala Avenue 3.52-acre parcel to a developer. That property was developed with an 80,000 square foot Class A industrial building that Realty Advisory Group, Inc. successfully leased for the developer.
