This facility was the former Daily News printing plant, which had some very challenging physical characteristics. Realty Advisory Group, Inc. addressed these features with its client, RAH Industries Aerospace Manufacturing. These joint and creative efforts resulted in RAH’s successful acquisition of the property at a very reasonable value. The transaction is an example of thinking outside the box; it is now a state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing plant. Jim Ebanks, Lauren Hunt, and Jim Abbott represented the buyer.
