James W. Abbott by way of, Abbott Bros. Development, Inc. (ABD) a company that Jim founded with his brother and no longer has an interest in, has been involved in approximately two million square feet of industrial development projects. Today any development projects in which Jim will have an ownership interest will be via a new group – PACIFIC SOUTHWEST CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC (PSWC). The other three principals of PSWC are Brett J. Dedeaux, Rick Mork and Bret Hardy. PSWC will be the controlling force behind each project's site selection, design, contractor selection, building material purchases and development scheduling.

Discovery Gateway Spectrum II

Valencia is one of the fastest growing markets in Los Angeles county. It’s proximity to freeways and airports, its award winning TownCenter and it’s spectacular views atop Rye Canyon make perfect business sense.

For the area’s business condominium parks, the quality standard was set by “Discovery Gateway Spectrum I” (DGS I).
