Mr. Dedeaux began his career is corporate real estate services working with a team that oversaw strategic site selection all real estate transactions nationwide for a NYSE-traded freight-forwarding corporation, The Fritz Companies (now a subsidiary of UPS).
More recently, Mr. Dedeaux has been consistently recognized as one of the top performing industrial brokers in Southern California in a career that has spanned over a decade while specializing in the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of industrial properties in Greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire regions. Mr. Dedeaux has successfully leased and sold over 15,000,000 sq. ft. of space in the region representing such notable firms as UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Kellogg's, Toys R Us, Lexmark, Broyhill Furniture Corp., Celestica, Iron Mountain Records Storage, BAX Global, Shell Oil, Essex Electric and others.
By providing such services as investment and pricing analysis, market surveys, site selection, lease negotiation and lease analysis, Brett is proud to be a partner in his clients' success.
As a Principal/Managing Member, Mr. Dedeaux has been involved in several real estate partnerships including the entitlement of a 320,000 sq. ft. business park in the Coachella Valley, the renovation/repositioning of a 135,000 sq. ft. facility in Rancho Cucamonga, the sale/leaseback of an approximate 120,000 sq. ft. property in the City of Commerce, the construction of a 72,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant building in City of Industry and numerous other projects.
Mr. Dedeaux is also an active member Property Committee at Dedeaux Properties LLC., an entity of Dart Warehouse Corp., a family-owned real estate partnership which controls over 4,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial property primarily throughout Southern California.
Brett attended the University of Southern California and is a graduate of the Business School's top-ranked Entrepreneur Program. In addition, he is an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Warehousing Education and Research Council, the Urban Land Institute, and Assistance League Young Professionals.
Brett resides in Santa Monica and has a passion for the outdoors including golf, surfing, paddle tennis, mountain biking and traveling.
