Andrew V. Starnes

Mr. Starnes graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 2005. He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial property and investment property throughout the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley regions of Southern California. Mr. Starnes handles leasing, acquisition and disposition requirements for local, national and international firms with manufacturing, distribution, logistic or investment requirements throughout the area. Andrew's clients include Discovery Gateway Spectrum II, LLC, Art N'Motion Design, Inc., TIC Investment, and Iron Mountain Records Storage. Andrew is also an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.

Before joining the Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group brokerage team in the spring of 2007, Mr. Starnes worked as a project engineer for Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company in Los Angeles, California; one of the foremost commercial general contractors in the nation. At Hathaway Dinwiddie he was responsible for value engineering of plans, analyzing construction plans for feasibility and cost effectiveness, and the awarding of bids to subcontractors. Additionally, Mr. Starnes was involved in the planning and execution of all logistic needs for construction projects which include the proposed Grand Avenue project by Frank O. Gehry in downtown Los Angeles, the USC School of Cinematic Arts, an addition to the Century Park Towers in Century City, California, and a twenty story commercial building in Newport Beach, California for Maguire Properties.
