Mr. Mork specializes
in the sales and leasing of industrial, commercial and investment properties
throughout the Southern California markets – with an emphasis on the east
regions including the San Gabriel Valley, Mid Counties and Inland Empire areas.
Rustin handles leasing, acquisition, and disposition requirements for many
local, national, and international firms with manufacturing, distribution, or
investment needs throughout the area. Mr. Mork has transacted over 6
million square feet and over $225 million worth of transactions in his career.
He has represented clients including Dollar Tree Stores, Kohler Co, Iron
Mountain, Broyhill Furniture Corp ,Toys R Us, LBA Realty, Blue Ridge Home
Fashions, Biosense Webster / Johnson & Johnson, Sangean America, Abbott
Laboratories, L&L Nursery Supply Co, DART Warehouse Corp and Pall
Corporation.
Before joining Realty Advisory Group, Inc. / Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group
full-time, Rustin handled the market research and property marketing aspects
for the Southern California region. He previously worked in commercial
brokerage in the Downtown Los Angeles market. Rustin graduated from the
University of Southern California with a degree in Urban Planning and Real
Estate Development.
